It's the bullet that is made of steel. What about that?
Unless it is Pre-ban, I doubt it. The only thing the Russian and other imports get a bad wrap
for is the Bi-metal coating they cover the lead core bullet with. People stick a magnet to it and
immediately think the have a steel bullet.

As equal if not better, depends on who you ask. You'll get a Miller lite, Bud Light debate on
that one.
As far as steel case goes that whole thing has been debunked internet chatter. Testing has
been done and for you to notice any appreciable ramp and throat erosion due to the use of
steel case ammo you will have to shoot thousands upon thousands of rounds and even then
it is such a small amount that you will most likely have already shot out the rifling by then.
Ask your yourself " would top competition shooters, who regularly run thousands of
rounds of Hornady Steel Match ammo through their five thousand dollar race guns
every month if it were this horrible destroyer of guns ? "
Or how about a history lesson, Europe has ran steel case ammo for how many years ?
80 ? a hundred ? how many wars ? and then their surplus gets de-milled, sent here
and then ran through hundreds upon thousands of rounds, there are AK's and SKS's
with ten thousand rounds of steel case ammo though them, and they were not new when
they got here . Does that mean European barrel steel is superior to ours ? ?
I think not.
