The ECO is an "Officers" 1911, which is just about the smallest 1911 commonly available. It comes in 9mm and .45ACP. It deviates from the standard 1911 design with a Bull Barrel rather than the much more common barrel bushing design.

I have fired a CCO, a longer Commander slide on the Officer frame. The CCO is a really, REALLY nice gun. My friend's CCO is stock and a great shooter. It conceals very nicely IWB or in a tuckable holster.

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

They shoot well, very comfortable in my hand.  I highly recommend getting one.

Yes and I now own one after shooting one.  Its a very accurate and manageable 45 in a small frame.  I carry it often in cooler months under an sweat shirt, hardly even know its there.

I have one with just 300 rds in it and really enjoy it as well.  It is my first 1911 and I may be hooked.

I just picked up one.  It's a beautiful pistol and shoots wonderfully.  I really like the snazzy grips and the duty finish.  It is like it was made for my hands.

That's a good looking gun, sorta like a snubby version of my PMA-B.laugh Cool looking grips, too.
