Can anyone recommend a good OWB holster for a CBOB? Thanks.

I use a DeSantis thumb break holster. Fits great and keeps the CBOB tucked away neatly. Most folks don't use thumb break style holsters anymore but I had a bad experience once with a non retention type holster. (but that's another story). Others may have more experience with different types than I. Good luck.

I have the Speed Scabbard, which I like a lot, I also use the Cozy Partner for IWB

Did you ever find that OWB holster you were asking about?
I checked mine, it's a DeSantis Speed Scabbard in black, it's a 3 slot, but a 2 slot would be fine too, this just happened to be what the shop had when I bought my gun. I love it. The boning is perfect for retention. There is a screw adjustment under the trigger guard that will fine tune the retention.
