New to me and it was apparently fairly new to the former owner/seller.
Perusing the "used" gun case at my local gun shop I didn't see anything that floated my boat; then I heard the "I have a few high quality 1911s I haven't put in the case yet...some sort of a Kimber Raptor, a Dan Wesson ECO and a Dan Wesson PM-9.
Oh snap you should see how nicely the PM-9 has cleaned up! It was originally purchased in July (original purchase record in the box) and contains everything that came from the factory including owner's manual, two magazines, etc. I think I got it for a "fair" price (LOL) $950 out the door. The only thing missing is the original stocks; mine has checkered rubber double diamond stocks.
Here's a photo from Dan Wesson/CZ's website:

Dang nab it I was cycling the slide on the PM-9 to see if I could find out what was causing the slide to hang up - other then one spot the slide is very smooth.
So - sadly - there is no pin holding the ejector into the frame. I guess I will have to delay the range visit until I can get a proper pin to hold the ejector in place!
I'm not the original owner so the DW warranty doesn't apply to me. I did send them an e-mail explaining what I found.

Sorry to hear brother. Shouldn't be to major a task. Maybe, you'll get some relief from the seller. Good Luck.

Don't be so sure that DW won't stand behind this. They have a VERY STRONGLY vested interest in the success of the 1911's.
I think there is a good chance that they will supply you with a small part that you can self install.
Give them a call, maybe start with Genny, or ask to speak to Keith
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

It doth shootist well...
After having someone (embarrassed as I am to admit I missed it) show me, with a magnifying glass the ejector roll pin, in its proper position I took my new Dan Wesson PM-9 to the range. I shot 4 magazines of Speer Gold Dot LE 124 gr JHP 9mm ammo; two magazines to center body mass and one magazine to the head at 10 yards and one magazine center body mass from 15 yards. It is now loaded and on my hip...

Here's the rest of the range report; I did shoot the Dan Wesson .44 Magnum with an EWK 2-1/2" barrel; 6 rounds of .44 Special (Magtech Cowboy lead round nose 240 grain rated @ 781 FPS/308 FTLB) and 6 rounds of .44 Magnum (American Eagle 240 JHP rated @ 1,230 FPS/805 FTLB) quite a difference but even with the magnum load it was manageable!
Took my new Dan Wesson PM-9, 1950's Colt Commercial with .38 Super upper, Colt pre-series 80 Combat Commander .45, CZ40-P, and Dan Wesson .44 Magnum with a 2-1/2" barrel. No photo of the two loads with the .44 Magnum (6 rds .44 Special, 6 rds .44 Magnum); first will be the Dan Wesson PM-9 (4 magazines total; 2 center mass at 10 yards, 1 head shots at 10 yards, 1 center mass at 15 yards). I really like the Dan Wesson so much that I am wearing it on my hip right now, loaded with Speer Gold Dot 124 grain JHP LE loads rated at 1,150 fps, 364 ftlb). The other targets are marked with what they are...

Fine shootin' indeed. How does she fit and feel in the hand? does the nose stay down well or is she poking it up a lot on the trigger pull? Sites easy to pull back on target after the dbl and trpl tap?

I just went back and reviewed my shooting from the other day; the below target was actually the result of 2 ten round magazines of .40 S&W from the CZ40-P and the small target in the upper right was a 10 round magazine of 9mm (that I thought was .38 Super) that I shot through the Pointman PM-9. I really do like the PM-9!
