Guys, here are some pictures of the new 2009 models from DW. These pictures are from the 2009 Shot Show going on now. These pictures were posted on 1911Forum.com. Here is a link to the orginial thread over there! I know I want one of them... just not sure which!

The bad news is that CZ/DW is not making revolvers anymore. The good news is that they seem to be serious about the 1911 market. That checkering on the fore and backstrap is either "chainlink" or "snakeskin", and it is beautiful. With any luck, lots of people will begin selling off their SS CBOB's, and the market will drop to the point that I can buy one at a good price (in case you haven't noticed, I am an SSS (Stainless Steel Slut).

Wow! They are gorgeous!
Looks like chainlink stipling and it is superb - might be one of those in my future as well…CBOB - sweet for carry…
I have a Colt built in 1913, but it really could use a partner…
