I just got a CBOB a couple of weeks ago myself. Awsome gun!
As for your question. I have many stainless guns and have never had an issue with rust. If you generally take care of your guns and keep them clean I don't see this being an issue.
Anyone else have an opinion on this?

Contrary to what you might think, the stainless used in pistol construction can corrode, and in extreme cases develop some "rust". It's gotta be pretty radical conditions that happen over a very long term of neglect. Even very intermittent cleaning and a light coating of lubricant will keep this from happening.
