Hi guys!
It's been over a year since I last posted here, but I am back and will try to ketchup.
A lot has happened since then...health problems. I have lymphoma and kidney cancer and have spent several months in hospitals and rehab facilities. Went through chemo therapy. The last one (the fifth treatment) put me back in the hospital with a severe reaction, after having zero reactions with the previous 4. Got acute sepsis. Spent the last 2 months in a rehab...have zero strength or stamina. Though I am home now, it is difficult getting around. Can hardly stand up and using a walker is very tiring.
Not wanting any sympathy, just telling you all where I have been. I thought a lot about this place and the fine folks here, and really missed it. Hope you all have been doing ok. Stay healthy and away from this virus!
Imagine my surprise after all these months, to log in today and see a bunch of my old Dan Wesson revolvers alternating in the banner above! Made me smile!

Deeaaaannn! Welcome back. Dad is moving to South Lebanon so there's hope we'll be able to link up one of these days soon. For those of you who don't know Dean- you should be glad he's around. He and Tigger got me into Dans during my first deployment to Iraq. We met on another forum and I ended up here with them. Charlie has passed on but I'm so glad to see Dean back on the DWF. Be well my friend!

I have not logged on here in a long time, so it is good to see a post from you, IHMSA, and I hope you continue on the road to wellness. You and Ron are two of what I consider the original members who made this site so informative and fun for me when I became a member and really fueled my interest in Dan Wessons.

Hey there Dean, glad to have you back! I have been absent quite a bit myself, but not for nearly the good reason that you have. I'm sorry to hear about what you have been going through, I wouldn't wish that crap on anyone. Now that you're home, hopefully all the bad stuff is behind you, the cancer is licked, and there are much better days ahead!
I'm glad you popped in to say hi, you made my day.

Wow, so sorry to learn of Dean's passing. He was a great asset to this forum and a wealth of knowledge. He helped me a great deal with information during my early collecting days. The stupid questions never seemed to bother him.
RIP in peace IHMSA80X80.
