Around 10 years ago (while still living in Michigan) I went to my local gun shop; they had both a very slightly used PM-9 and an ECO-9 for sale. I bought the PM-9 and then the next day I returned and bought the ECO. I carry one or the other from time to time and really like the accuracy and performance. I've never had any malfunctions from either gun.
A while ago I had the PM-9 at my local range here in Texas; and tried shooting something I've never done; shooting at a "hostage taker" hiding behind their hostage. I was doing great until I ran the target out to the 25 yard line. A good thing it was paper and not the real deal!
Overall I'm pleased with the PM-9 although it is a heavy couple of pieces of stainless steel!
