Back from the dusty vault. I found a July 1969, Gun World magazine. A DW porkchop revolver in all its splendor. This is also the same month and year Neal Armstrong walked on the moon. It was the best of times.
The magnifying glass to the left of the article will enlarge the pages so you can read the article clearly.
WARNING
This ad could cause you to go out and buy a DW porkchop right away. It could also cause insomnia and drooling. You might even have cravings to eat porkchops. Beware!!

Awesome article, and a real time capsule of a magazine. I remember the summer of 69 very well. I was 14 and soon to become a sophomore in High School. Interesting caption at the very top of the cover; the "newest handguns" both had a lot of design work by Karl Lewis. I'm not that familiar with the Model 12, and I didn't know it had elevation adjustment on the front sight. Thanks for posting, and for the "warning"; and yes I'm definitely drooling.
