I have a holster for a DW 715 that I am trying to gather information and

(Value on) I have owned and used DW's since the 1980's shooting IHMSA and I had not seen or heard of these.

I would appreciate any input you can furnish.

Very nice looking DW holster, I have never seen one in person.

If you want to sell it, I'm interested.  I'm the guy who e-mailed you last week.

Yours is only the second one I've ever seen.

Yes Mike,

I got the email and replied to you this afternoon, on GBO.

I'm trying to get an idea of the value.

Any idea who made that holster? How did you get it? New? Used?

We've not seen one except for yours, so far you know more about this than we do.

It looks sort of "DeSantis" to me, but that's just a WAG.

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

It was (unused) when I got it, never held a pistol till I put my DW in it and took the pics.

I'm trying to find out who made it.

It's a unique item, and if it came into your hands as new, the point in time you got it might point to it being a "Bob Serva" or "CZ/DW" item. If you got it in 2005 or earlier, it is definitely from the Serva era, 2006 and beyond makes it a CZ item OR a NOS/used Serva item.

Either way, it's interesting. Value is in the eye of the beholder on something like this, there is no real experience base.

The DW branded holsters are certainly Serva era products.  I have the shoulder holster that I purchased from Zoommb (if I remember correctly since I've had it for a while now) for around $125 and if it was put on GB\eBay.  Here is a section of one of the Serva era brochures for your reading pleasure:

I have 2 DW holsters of Norwich era. One is a Small frame and the other is a Supermag 6" swivel Holster. When you sit it swings up. Love it. If only it was left handed😲
