I have a serial number on a 15-2 that is FCP-3 what does it mean, besides the First Cute Pistol, and it is the 3rd one, any help would be appreciated.

Seriously though, that is probably the original owner's initials...or something close. There have been instances of custom serial numbers that have been made in DW's past (and present), where an original owner could order a gun containing his/her initials (or some other set of letters) built into the serial number.
Sort of cool, but unfortunately it makes it next to impossible to determine the manufacture date.
For example, I have a DW with "BEAR" in the s/n.
You can still order a gun (an auto) with a custom serial number.

When I got this frame, it came with a 7 barrel pac, and was unfired.

I'm betting it is initials then--Someone ordered it straight from the factory with all the barrels and custom serial number.
You should build a full size pack for the entire setup--I bet it would bring a premium price.

That's pretty neat. Do you think there's any way you could track down it's history through previous owners? That's probably the only way you'll really get to the bottom of it, otherwise it'll remain as speculation.
