Bob Serva bought the company and moved it to Norwich in 1996. They shipped the first Norwich revolver in 1997 a 7445 supermag. Reading in the book I have the first issues that did not start being made until 2000 and that's the year they added the first 1911 Pointman Bob sold the company to CZ-USA in 2006.
