WHAT IS THE DIFFRENCE BETWEEN 445'S ? I HAD A CHANCE TO BUY ONE STAINLESS MONSON FOR 900.00 BUT REALLY DON'T KNOW WHY SOME ARE IN THAT PRICE RANGE AND SOME ARE UP AROUND 1500.00 OR MORE. SORRY FOR ALL CAPS NEED NEW KEY BOARD.

Hey Walt, there is really no difference in the guns, just the normal stuff such as blue or stainless, the plant of manufacture, and the BA package. The wide price range is just the delusions of the seller in my opinion. Others may have different theories.

LB,I really have no use for it but thought I could flip it or trade it off but $900.00 is a little to much to take a chance on it .walt

You may find a home here on the forum. but as with all things big and small ( condition, condition and condition) and complete or with out box, tool, papers, etc.

The gun is in about 98% shot very little no box or papers.I have found a home here and like it.

Didn't buy it yet looking at 480 ruger vs 445 both at same price I really don't need either one but would be great to shot both.

Good morning
I would get the 445. Case length says you have much more versitility. Swap barrels. Plus get the right tension on that particular barrel and it will be a tack driver. All the 475 has going for it is a fatter hole. My experience with numerous (lots) of 41 mag Rugers is 50/50. And the 41's are supposed to be more hand fitted. All my DW's worked right from the start.
