Its a Monson 745 4VH with a 4 didgit serial no. 45S0010xx. It needs to be cleaned but doesn't appear to have been fired much. No box or manual. Came out of an estate sale.

A 4" 745? That is soooo cool!

Looks nice, Scorpio, and 4" barrel has to be fairly rare for a .45, maybe a good sidearm for bear country!

Very cool! Great find no matter where or how you did it. The 4" is very uncommon especially a Monson original.

That should prove more difficult than finding the gun in the first place 
. I have not had much luck lately with any BAs I've tried to buy. I missed a 41 6V on GB last week and another on ebay. I'll have to keep a sharp eye out for 745BAs now.
