I saw a @1985 blued 44 mag V6 w/original wood grip and Pachmayr presentations. It looks to be in very good shape but the pictures were smallish. At $450 it seems awfully cheap considering what original barrels alone are going for these days. No mention of box. It would be a FTF transaction so little to no additional cost. I wasn't really looking for a 44 mag but...What would you estimate the ballpark value in good condition?

at $450, it would be worth a drive for me to go get.
The seller just got back to me about meeting. He said the add was placed as Connecticut instead of California in error. Six thousand miles round trip for me. LOL. FTF is the only way I do Armslist. There was a buyer on another forum who got scammed recently trying to buy a IHMSA 744VH DW revolver. Sent money/no gun. Just as well I guess. My crippled up hands wouldn't have liked 44 mags and even 44 special are expensive and hard to find now. I'll set the money aside for buying reloading equipment when the dust settles from all the insanity going on now. Thanks for the price check.

I saw that ad too, thought it was way low for that gun. Marked it as spam, I guess it takes several members marking it as such to help get the ad pulled. Ask for a FTF meeting at a LGS (google FFL"s in their area so you can name one) even if you aren't from where it is listed. Usually you will get no reply - scam. I have bought a few from Armslist that were out of state just have to do some vetting.
