Stumbled on this by happenstance, 7445 Norwich VH6. Serial #Z00236. On the frame it says "First Issue" and it says "Dan Wesson First Issue 236" on the shroud also. What do I have here? Gun is dirty and needs cleaned, here are a couple quick and dirty pics came with factory box, door knob wrench, gap gage, allen wrenches and yellow plastic disk, no papers.

From the serial number registry, it looks like this gun is from about 2000-2002 time frame, sound about right? I'm very happy to have found it.

Nice find there. My First ever DW was a NIB 7445- VH8 back when they were still being produced. It was a First Issue as well. The Norwich guns are fine pieces of craftsmanship. Mine has taken a PA whitetail in its time and will never leave.. Congratulations.
