Just some pics of the new addition.
It's been shot a lot and was put away dirty. I'm sure she needs a thorough cleaning. Her hammer has been bobbed. She only fires in three of the chambers (right now). She's in a good home now. Barrel wrench, new hammer and a spare cylinder are on order. We'll she how she does after a thorough cleaning.

The more I see that bobtail the more I like it. It's kind of unique. Once you get that new cylinder in it and get all adjusted and in sync it should do fine.
YOU !!!! It has to be you !!!! The guy who outbid me on a DW ring a few years back. my long lost DW ring search is back ... I saw a DW ring a few years back and never saw another one...
Details please. And I'll be borrowing the pic for the history section.
SHOOT

It's a guess on my part based on three barrels, all of which have been shot, wear on the top of the shroud from going in and out of a holster, carbon rings in the cylinder indicating shooting 38 specials through supermags, the red ramp sight has a coat of paint, the bob job not particularly well done and the lockup is not as tight as my 22.
I could be wrong. It may have less than a thousand rounds but never had a cleaning. The trigger was fairly stiff at first. It loosened up some with just a few rounds. On the good side, the flame etching is minimal.
My plan on the second cylinder is to keep it for the supermags and use the current cylinder for specials and magnums. I have no idea if that is smart or not. I'm just anal enough to do it.
All in all, she's a ggod gun. She's got a lot of life left in her. She just needs some TLC.
