I have been looking for a 445 for awhile now in Calif and have found a few but with asking prices that started at 1100 then changed to 2500-3500 I have been left thinking I would never get one.
At Thanksgiving dinner I was talking to my brother in law who is an officer and he has bought one that he said we will sell to me once he found out he has to reload for it.
So now it is just waiting for it to show up and have him get it in his name then he can legally transfer it to me.
Blued 445 8" barrel monsoon gun, no accessories with it but it's only 850. So a great deal here in Calif.
will post pic in a few months as that is about how long it will take.

Thats not to bad on the price. I paid about 750.00 for mine. They say, "You can shoot a .44 spl, 44 magnum, 445 SM. However I think most people will tell you that you need to shoot the caliber it was made for and not the others. The bullet has to travel farther on the .44 spl and 44 magnum to the barrel. I think you will really enjoy it. She is a hoss to shoot. She will really look sharp if you can get a pair of L.B. pistol grips for it.

I got the 445 today, a little holster wear on both sides of the muzzle but thats about it, no flame cutting at all on top strap and gun is very tight, couldnt have been shot much, cylinder was dirty and could tell whoever had it shot 44mags, It has a very hard double and single action pull, not like my 44 VH. but still very smooth.
Got 200 new cases in today and have 150 loaded to go try it out as soon as possible, will load the rest tomorrow. Grandkid sitting wears me out.
Will post some pics tomorrow also.
Anyone have a good load for 300gr cast gas check? Have A1680, H110, 4227, and Lilgun.
