@ 25m 4'' or 6'' barrel would be easier to hold and you'd get a better result. 8'' is a bit heavy but with a sand bag under the barrel you should have fun if the target is further away.
This is a nice grouping considering you don't shoot revolver often. You will tighten with practice.

Given the 25 meter (~80 feet) distance, I would say you shot as well as most gun enthusiasts, and better than the average American gun owner.
