I found this 15-2 in a local pawn shop after moving to a new location. I waited and visited every month for 4 months to see if the thing would sell. On the fifth month (December) I saw a price drop and placed it on layaway that day, picked it up two days ago. Looks fine and cycles good, but I have yet to get to a range to test it out. The one issue is that a prior owner bent the ejector rod and extractor star, so I need a new one of each (Contacted DW through email, have yet to hear back from them, could be because of the weekend).
At first I thought it had a 6 inch barrel, boy was I wrong when I measured it. It still feels comfortable and I'm used to my father Ruger Redhawk with a 7 1/2 inch barrel, so, not much of an issue with a long barrel for me.
Let me stop flapping my gums and gripping you all with suspense and show you some pics I took today.
Enjoy.

Welcome to the Forum.
Two thoughts on your ejector/extractor problem:
1) DW lists the extractor assembly as a "factory install", it is part of the timing tuning.
2) If you went through the CZ website, you might possibly never get a reply

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

You do not need a FFL for sending to or receiving from a repair facility. You can ship direct, and a signature will be required for you to receive it upon return.

Just got some answers, all shipping would be at my expense. The repair is pretty much on a case by case basis but the labor costs starts at $65 an hour plus parts cost (Ejector Rod: $13.00, Extractor Star: $48.95 and any other parts it might need.) and then shipping of about $60 total.
Time for me to really start looking for a job that will get all of this paid and done.
