Here's a DW 22 LR cal revolver that I picked up a while back. It came without the box or any tools, but I did get a tool set from Erik at EWK, so that got me shooting at least. It has 6" and 8" barrels, and the weird thing is that the 8" shroud is marked .357 magnum, not .22 LR. The gun functions fine with it, but I'd really like to get that swapped out one of these days.
I can say that this thing is VERY accurate. It likes a tight gap and the Federal ammo. I don't know much about it or where it came from, I just think it's a great add to my collection and I'm very happy I lucked into it!
Blessed is he, whom when confronted with death, thinks only of his front sight...

That is Beautiful.
I had the same dilemma about a month ago. I bought a nice 15-2 357 that had a VH8 22 shroud. Traded it already for the correct one as a member here will recall.. Maybe you could do the same. If we had only crossed paths a month earlier.
Seems the incorrect shrouds getting swapped around is not as uncommon as I thought it would be.
