I am in the middle of looking for an appropriate holster for my model 14, and wanted to ask you pros for your suggestions. Would like a good around the farm holster and a good cwp holster. I use Fobus holsters for some of my semi autos for purely utilitarian purposes, and see that they make them for the DW, but it just seems wrong to put such a classic piece of artwork in plastic! What do y'all carry your babies in?

that could be a trick question .to each there own ,personally I like , Hunters size 36 nylon holster, for a 4 in barrel use 2 Mil. type 1 in. weaved belts , 1 for bandier type, and 1 for lower chest strap. holds against the body tight n keeps it tighter at lower end , to keep it from getting scratched by waving around, and deep inside this set up very little exposure. another good out side holster is a Smith n Wesson leather 49 46 but is very exposed to elements. wow , stop it.
