Just Got this grip .I have seen lots of the grippers with the DW medallion but not this Model, New in box never on a gun. Dw lg 357 .22 38.Are these fairly rare?

This is not the Pachmayr Gripper, which is a "finger groove" grip, it is the Pachmayr Presentation grip.
It is pretty special because it carries the DW medallion, and I'd put it as the next most desirable Pachmayr DW grip after the DW Pachmayr Gripper. It's sort of "rare", if I stumbled across one I'd buy it.
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

You see the gripper version in 357 with dw medallions pretty often on eBay and I've seen this for large frame also a few times but this was the first I had seen of this for small frame what should one of these go for?

Not sure what one would go for, but it's likely less than a zebra wood grip with a DW badge.
Seems like a shame, as the version you have pictured above is quite uncommon.
I certainly wouldn't mind having a small frame Pachmayr Presentation Grip, or Pachmayr Gripper with a DW logo myself.
Unfortunately they don't show up very often.

Nice find on the grips, Pachmayr Gripper or Presentation grips with the DW medallions will go for 100.00 + on eBay the DW ones don't come up very often last pair I saw went for 102.00.
Sometimes I buy the Dan Wesson just for those grips, all of my Pistol Packs now have one.
