Really hate to ask this question but I hope I can get by with it as a rank rookie. How do you tell if you have a model 14, 15 or 15-2? Sure would appreciate someone helping to cure my ignorance. Thanks

Thanks, some very helpful info but, I can't access any of the photos and I can only see the first page. The program hangs up when I attempt to go to any of the other pages. Am I doing something wrong?

Butch, it appears some of the photos may have been lost in cyberspace. I followed the link LB put up and it was working. Maybe you just had some lag time for a bit or your machine needed to dump some RAM or maybe that photo storage site is gone. Anyway, you can post a pic and we'll be happy to help you ID your gun or you can look on page ten of the link, ZOOM has some stainless models shown. Stainless is indicated by  #7 in the model number but he has no 11,12,14,15 or 8,9 models there.  We all love cool-pics of Dan Wesson's

Butch, it's probably not your computer. The links to the photos don't work for me either. Possibly the photo files have been removed from the hosting site as the original post is several years old. Easiest thing to do is post a photo of your revolver and someone can ID the model for you, as Cecil suggested. Otherwise you could try doing a search for a specific model and maybe a thread with photos will be found.

Well, I checked and you guys are right.  The photo links at the beginning of the post do not work.  So I went to the end of the post and added a pic of the 715VH8.

That's all I have except for the duplicates: 722, 738+P, 715, and the 7414. Duplicate pics don't help much unless there are different BA's on the guns. Which reminds me; if you need to see any of those guns with different BA's, just ask. I have multiple BA's for a lot of them. laugh

Guys, I checked that thread too & it's definitely buggered!

Got a "hail Mary" going into Jody for a fix...he's a little busy (family stuff) for the next few days, so the fix may not be immediate. Meanwhile, look at the othercool-pics on this site. LOL!!lol2

As a definite newby on the tech side of DW's (I have actually owned one since 1984) but getting more interested in collecting, especially older guns. I would appreciate and greatly benefit from going back thru these posts. Thanks, Butch
