This is my old M-15 that I found a nice shroud for $50 and then got EWK 357 barrel. Then mounted a 4x32 Weaver scope and now waiting for a break in the heat to sight it in.
I guess when I get time later this summer when it's not so hot and humid I'll try to get better pictures that actually show the shroud vents. I''m really chomping at the bit to take it out to the range, but 95* to 100* days and 85% to 90% humidity is just too much for this old fart.

Thanks 22 fan, I left the house this morning at 7am to go out to country gun club and it was 68 degrees out. Hour later after running by Wal-Mart for do-nut I got to range and by then it was 82 degrees and 100% humidity, said heck with a 50 yard walk in mud. So I brought out the Pointman for a quick function check of two new mags and Wilson 18# recoil spring along with standard full length 1 piece guide rod to replace the extended length 2 piece guide rod. All went fine till round #7 and the gun just went "pop" and the bullet landed about 5 feet in front of me, the round didn't have enough power to even partly rack the slide. Round eight was fine as were the other 8 in the other new magazine'
And just for you 22 fan my M-22 dressed for CCW.

Looking at the medallions, I woud say the M-15 is on the right.
That scope in the pic on the top, does the frame have to be tapped?
For ANY scope?
Sure looks cool.
No those were factory D&T shrouds and don't even have front site. As for as I know there were no mounts made for DW that required tapping frame like a S&W or other brands.
Love those DW's.
