Here is my Dan Wesson .357, it belonged to my Dad and when the estate was settled it was in my share of his gun collection. I believe he bought it in the late 78 or 79, could be 1980. it is S/N: 117175 and was manufactured in Monson.GEDC0321-1.jpgImage Enlarger

Sorry for your loss.cry

Thank you. My Mom actually had the collection after Dad passed away in 96. She finally got tired of looking at it and last year she wanted the three kids to divide the collection and get it out of the house. The Dan Wesson was one of many guns I got from the collection. Included in my share was Dad's M1 Garand, a German Walther P-39 battlefield pick up, a Springfield 1903A3 presentation rifle, and a couple of old L.C. Smith, Browning and Ithica shot guns. All in great condition.

Wow, there are some really great guns in that list you posted...your Dad really knew his stuff! Thanks for showing off your 15-2. I believe it was probably manufactured in '77, so if he bought it in '78 or '79, that seems about right.

Treasures for sure, some of those are ones that I would keep including the Dan!   If they could tell a story!  Thanks for the pictures!

His serial nr is 907 under mine and mine was bought in late 1977.
