My DIY Xtreme Dan Wesson Double Stack Pistol Pack Plus
Started with my 15-2V Pistol Pack. Converting all barrel shrouds to VH, so it's not done yet. I need to remove more foam in the cut-outs. Undecided if I should mold and glue the fabric or only spot-glue the backside.
I took my Pistol Pack Fabric to 3 Fabric Stores. Below is as close a color and texture match as possible.
Case: Pelican V550 Vault: MSRP 115 Dollars
Extra Foam Set from Pelican: (in case you goof) 31 Dollars
Lid and Top Layer Fabric for 15-2; Hobby Lobby, Stock no. FLC 828277, Gold Anti Pill, Polyester, One linear Yard: 8 Dollars
Bottom Layer Fabric for Stainless 715; Hobby Lobby, Stock no. PNE 1429901, Black Velvet Panne, Polyester, One Linear Yard: 9 Dollars
Possible reasons for a Redo: (15-2 would be the bottom layer and the 715 up top. Extra Grips would be slotted into foam instead of profiled. Scope added to 715.)
Still have not decided best method to pull top layer to easily access the 715 below. Ideas?

Looks great! I'm a few months late but maybe some kinda pull tab or string system in between the foam layers (perhaps on the sides) would help with access to the 715.vi wish you luck on finding those last underlug barrels. Again the jumbo pac is sweet!
