Its a 3" barrel model 15 fixed barrel. I understand the fixed barrel models are rarer.

The Fixed Barrel is rare, and I think sightings of the blued ones are even less common.

Nice looking Dan.   You are correct the fixed barrels are much less common than the interchangeable models.  They were only produced at the Palmer facility from 93ish to 95.
