Love it! Very similar setup to mine. Except you got the hard chrome on the scope mount. I went with the cheaper cerakote option 😂

You’ll be surprised on the accuracy beyond 25 yards. I could get 1.5-2" groups at 100 yards.Â
Is this a new CZ/DW? Or an older Monson/Palmer model?

Thank you all for feedback and comments. Here are some answers to your questions:
- This is a brand new DW small frame pistol pack Model 1935, 4", 6",8" barrelsÂ
- Ron Mahovsky did the Metalife chrome work on a standard blued steel Dan Wesson scope rail. For $25 he delivered a fast 2 week turnaround; great customer service!! The Metalife chrome is very hard and a close match to the DW stainless. I plan to swap the scope with a red dot and find that the return to zero is near perfect with the Leupold QRW2 scope rings, not so good with the bushnell red dot. The re-mounting doesn't leave marks on the rail.
- The $95 moon clip conversion was performed by Mark Hartshorne at Pinnacle High Performance. The first thing he did was measure the cylinder to determine which moon clips to order, in this case S&W K frame clips. I purchased 10 clips for $70 from TK custom and had them ready when the cylinder arrived 2 weeks later. Mark offers great service from a truly customer focused pistolsmith. The revolver works with or without clips, I can also use a speed loader or load single rounds.
I sold a Monson 15-2 pistol pack to make room for this model. I find the internal fit, polish and tolerances to be much better than my 15-2 - beyond compare. I especially like the new crane leg bushing which makes the cylinder swing and lockup smooth as silk. I'm settling on the Wolff 8# hammer spring and keeping the stock trigger spring. I can't tell the difference between the Wolff and stock trigger spring. With the 8# spring, the double action pull is smooth and noticeably lighter. I had light primer strikes with the 7.5# Wolff spring. Wolff spring pack $10.
Here is a pic of the rail. I'm shooting the 4" barrel this week. Glad I stocked up on primers last year! Good shooting everyone!
