Hello DW friends. Here is a Stainless DW 357 mag that I picked up but not sure of the model.  I have a couple 715s, but they have adjustable sights. This the first fixed sight stainless I have encountered.  It is a replaceable barrel revolver.

Thank you for your help.

You have a Monson made model 714, Circa 1986 or shortly later. It has a post 1991 Palmer 15-2 Vent shroud. Because the frame has a fixed rear sight the front sight is too tall but with the scope it is superfluous. If you ever obtain other barrel assemblies make sure they are the fixed sight version without the interchangable front sight. EWK sells a shorter front sight the will enable the present barrel assembly to shoot to point of aim.

Thank you very much for your help Old Dog.  I didn't think the shroud matched the gun, but my knowledge of DWs is minimal at best.  I was able to buy it for a very decent price so making it a Model 714 will be an acceptable situation.  I have a 715 that the shroud will fit very well.

Thanks again.
