Well yesterday I bought an Model 40 357 Supermag. Today there was a gun show in the town I lived in. I wasn't really looking for my. Was looking for some 357 Rem. Max ammo & see if there is any scope mounts for the newly require Dan Wesson. Well after looking through out the entire show I came up to a gun & seen where he had a Model 22 in the case. The only Dan Wesson at the show. Asked him what he wanted in told me $475. Well didn't want it for that price. Well the wife was wanting to get something to eat so I told him I will come back after lunch. When we was leaving he said $450. Well while me & the wife was eating we was talking about it. I wanted it cause I would enjoy an good 22LR revolver since it would be nice & cheaper to just plink around. We went back & I offered $400. He wanted to at least break even. So he told me $435. So I bought it and talked to him. Is this a decent deal? Here are some pictures of it & the collection. Sorry they are kind of dirty. They need to be cleaned.

Nice score on the 22. I hope you are able to get ammunition to shoot it, .22 lr is still pretty scarce around here. When I see it, I buy it (if the cost is not crazy), I've managed to stay at about 5K of .22 lr on hand over past year or so, shooting a little less, and always buying.
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Thanks. I am happy with the revolver. Where I am at I can find it without looking to far and without paying an outrageous price. Usually around $16-$20 for the 325 rounds & $25-$28 dollars for 525 rounds. If you know what day to look for then you can find there easily. People are still asking over 15 cents a round in the private market. Pretty bad I can get 22 Short cheaper then 22LR.
