Here's my new Dan 715, which I just jumped on yesterday. I'll try to get better pics soon, but I know how everyone likes eye candy and kewl pics. It's the 8" bbl only, with no additional goodies, so I guess I'll be looking for those in the future.

I don't want to say what I paid for it... ok, it was more than 7 and less than 8... I'm a sucker, what can I say? It's in beautiful condition, though, and with the zebra grips, so I'm very happy (as are my sons, who see this becoming theirs when ol' dad kicks).

Anyway, take a look and go easy on me for being a poor negotiator!

Looks like a mighty fine gun and deal to me.  I have never regretted what I have paid for a gun.  I have many regrets for not paying enough to bring some home.  I'll bet there are more out there that can say the same.  R Scool-pics

Very nice looking Dan, I think you did fine, like Blacktop said those nice zebra grips are $100 by themselves easily.

occasion  Nice gun.  Nice Zebra.  You did fine.  As Rod said, I've never regretted what I have paid for a gun.

Very nice 715 and ditto on the Zebras.  Each Zebra grip has some distinguishing grain characteristics that make them unique.  You have a very nice one.

Who cares what it cost, as long as it makes you happy. I would not have run away from it. And if it preforms as good as it looks, it will be priceless.

Very nice 715. If you're willing to pay the price, it isn't too much.

The 715 is the cats meow to many of us and the one you snagged is top of the line!  The Wood on her is another plus!  When I buy I always walk away happy, if the seller is happy too then all is good!  dwas

I think you're right on every point, Dave, thanks! I connected with the seller afterwards and he was all good, too. So, great all 'round! Best, PCC

Hey, Pine, thanks. I think it's Monson but, like a knucklehead, I didn't shoot a picture of the other side and I'm not confident in my memory (I was kinda excited). So, I've got a few more days to pick it up, and then I will boot up some more pics for everyone.

When you factor in the California premium, I reckon you did very well. It's a beauty!!

Thanks, Nigel! You've got that right about the premium! Thanks to you and to Gary for the compliments. I'm pretty stoked to get my hands on it, once the wait period is over. I suspect I'll be fighting my sons over who gets to "possess" it! But that's a good problem to have...
