here's some pictures of the DW I picked up this week.
Took it shooting yesterday and was amazed how nice the trigger is. I guess I should have wiped it down better after cleaning.
This is my second DW 15-2, stupidly sold the first one nearly 28 years ago. Isn't going to happen again.
Paid 375, did I do alright or overpay?

Hi JT!
That's a nice looking 15-2! I think you did quite okay with that purchase. Each time you pull that trigger, you'll feel the same way too!
I bought my first DW about a year and a half ago. I'm working on my fourth one (once I find one I can't live without) and each one is a joy to shoot. Continue to enjoy it and it'll be there for you for years.
BTW: maybe someone can chime in with more info, but I'm thinking that may be an early 15-2 due to the serial number? There are many more knowledgeable folks on this forum. Hopefully one of them will have more insights.
thanks for showing her off!

Thanks C5Rider I'm happy with the gun,
After a few shots yesterday the old feelings slowly started coming back. It was funny because years ago when I had the first pistol I shot left handed, pistol, rifle, etc. Only after selling the pistol 4-5 years later did I learn I was right eye dominate.
Once I switched to shooting right handed my rifle shooting slightly improved. Noticed it the most when shooting bolt action and having to reach over to work the bolt, switching to right handed eliminated that. Still can't shoot a shotgun, righty or lefty.
these are nice guns I don't understand why they didn't take off better with shooters.

A keeper that is for sure! You did well! Enjoy and know that is powerful.
Now head over to EWK for some fider sights to make it all better!
The little guy on my shoulder screaming "you don't really need that" had his mouth securely duct taped shut this time.
I have already emailed Eric about the fiber optic front sights, picked up one of his barrel wrenches also.
