Here is a pic my DW, and if you don't mind a the story of how I got it.
My dad bought this gun used in the early 80's, I know it was used 'cause I have the tag that was on it from the gun shop. It came with a barrel wrench, and the gauge, I still have them and the styrofoam case with the Dan Wesson cardboard sleeve that slips over it, all the paper work that came with it also, (on one of the papers it's dated April 1 1981). He didn't use it very much that I can remember. Years later we are up at our cabin and I notice that he had brought this gun along, probably to take care of any porcupines that wanted to chew on the cabin as they always do, he would usually just have his .22 for that. I'm glad he did bring it though, I always thought it was a good looking gun and it felt good in my hand....I wanted one. I told my wife how I liked this gun and wanted to find one of my own but 3 kids, bills you know.
Christmas '98 I opened a gift to find everything mentioned here! Somehow my wife managed to save some money and bought it from my dad and gave it to me that Christmas, needless to say I was very surprised and happy, just another reason I'll have this piece until I die or one of my kids falls in love with it.
Hope I didn't bore ya, thought I'd share my Dan Wesson moment

I always like to hear stories of how people acquire their guns, its more interesting than just a plain pic. There are some very interesting stories behind some of our Dans.
Nice gun BTW!

Like I've told my Buddy's, when you find a good one like that you keep her,
also make sure you treat her right, take her out once in a while, give her a rub
down when she's had a long hard day and even say a few nice words once in
awhile. Just don't do these things in front of the wife . No, never do that !
