Guys I got sidetracked. Had to leave and go to a gun show. I typed two posts with the pic of my new 22 and messed up both of them. We bought this one last weekend. I think it's a pretty early gun. It's #ed in the 12xxx range. I checked it out the other day and took it back to the range today. The weather was warm enough to really set the sights and do some fun shooting. I don't think it was ever used much. Good day, even got the wife to try it out. If it had a 4in barrel she would like it a lot better. Next trip I'm taking a box of CCI low vel. The Aguila seem to be too hard to eject.

Very Nice gun. Took the wife shooting this morning, about 500 rounds, 357 and .44 mags all conventional grains. She loves the low recoil of the 744 8" full lug when used with a Decelerator grip. She can handle the blast but not much more, and gets frustrated with the gun, but a little praise for her crappy aim and firm resolve always works, and there she goes again for another quick dozen. Encouragement is the word. I did see the guy next to us jamming his sleek plastic guns every so often....
