I've been doing some digging to find out the best set of rings for the new RH shrouds. So far the BKL-260 looks to be the best bet as far as strength and holding zero. If you've found another solution please post it here.
So far I have not found any 7.3 series rings that have bars that fit down in the rail to keep them from sliding. They are all compression fit.

I am trying to come up with more info, but at the moment, it appears Warne changed their "QD" (Or Quick Detachable) rings to not have the bosses that fit down in the rail slots, so their 7.3 rings will work both on their proprietary rails and the .22 Rails.
I'd be careful with the BKL you linked-as you see, on the dovetail mounting, it is not flat at the top it has the angle/radius to confirm to the top of the .22 receivers/frames...in the case of the RH, that does not make for a very rigid mounting.
7.3 and .22 Rails are two different animals-the 7.3 is flat at the top, and the .22 rail has a radius on the top. I strongly advise against using .22 rings or mounts of any kind on the RH's.

Gents, I called Warne today and they told me that they still produced the 7.3 rings with the bosses for Brownells only. These rings are NOT the QD stlye, but at least they have the bosses to fit within the rail. I ordered a set and will update the group after they arrive.

Got back from the range today. Unfortunately I didn't have much time (range closes at dusk).
First, the barrel is very accurate (1" at 25 yards) and likely much better.
The QD rings were not adequate to keep the scope from sliding forward with hand tightening. This was with light 38 spl loads (148 gr WC with 2.6 gr Bulls eye) I'll go back in a few days and try with them really torqued on, but I don't think they will with stand the recoil with 357.
I think I'll probably go with the Brownell's listed above.

Gents,
Received the rings and did a quick assembly. The Brownell - Warne rings appear to lock onto the rail and fit nice. Once I get the scope adjusted exactly where I want it and do a final torque, then to the range for a sight in. I really don't expect any movement or sliding of the rails or scope, this seems to be a pretty robust ring. As a side note for your reference, these are the high rings with a 2X Leupold, probably could have went with the medium height rings and still clear the rear sight?

From a guy that has tried a couple of time to scope a DW,
That looks excellent, a medium ring might work, but I think your setup looks very good as is.
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Got my rings from Brownells (thanks Greg OH!).
The QD rings without the recoil lugs did not work. The rings kept moving forward. The ones from Brownells worked like a charm. No movement at all with 38s or 357s. No change in point of impact even after heavy loads.
Here are some pic. Of course the most important one is the one at the bottom. These are 25 yards from a rest (I wish I was good enough to do that offhand, maybe in another life). This gun/barrel combination is the most accurate handgun I have ever owned or shot (except for my TC contender, but they are't really handguns, just short rifles).
One thing that really suprised was the difference in POI between 38 wadcutters (148 gr and 2.6 gr Bullseye) and 357. The factory 357 were a full 3" lower at 25 yards. The heavy barrel really helped to tame the heavier loads, though. I'm going to have to work up some accurate 357 loads.
