Not readily apparent from a casual glance is the EWK adapter that allows a VH shroud to be mounted on a pork chop frame. I’ve used this configuration before, and it definitely works! The excellent Hogue grip adds to the overall appearance. I have to say that the DW 15-1 trigger is the lightest of all DW’s, and probably contributes to it’s excellent accuracy.

It definitely does work! I still have one of the EWK prototypes of that adapter. He made a couple tweaks from this one, and a week or two later, it was into production!
If I recall, Eric didn't have a complete Porkchop gun to work with, but obtained measurements somewhere. He made a couple prototypes from his measurements. Here is a couple photos of the prototype he sent me from that trial fit...

Looking back through this thread there are only two things that are consistent on this 15-1 frame; the original rear sight, and a W12 4” barrel. I’ve changed out the original rear sight for a new old stock silhouette DW rear sight, but kept the barrel. Still, a few trips to the range have convinced me that the Pachmayr grip adds a bit more control than any other. So, the last iteration of the ugly bastard that shoots!
