Well I just got back from Arkansas and #$%& it was cold. At least to a Georgia boy anyway. A few friends and I went and shot some geese, We got a limit of Speckle bellies and a few Snow geese. Did I mention it was cold! Below freezing temps, wind, rain, sleet, laying in the mud, freezing our butts off, but a great time was had by all. Well it was a great mental health check to get away for a few days. geese-2013a.JPGImage Enlarger

Man, that's quite the haul!surprised Your freezer will be full-up for a while, I bet.

I've never had goose either, I have always assumed they taste like turkey & chicken?

I am fairly new to the waterfowl thing but in my limited experience goose is dark meat like a duck. Not for everyone, but marinated and grilled, yummy!!!.  Jerky sounds interesting also.
