I know a lot of us have way too much rain, stay safe y'all.

Here has been very dry, finally got some rain yesterday and today. A friend who is a farmer said a couple days ago if no rain soon he would lose 50K in sweet corn. So rain was a good thing here. Cut weeds down Fri. First time in 3 weeks on mower !!

We've been pretty dry here too, for the most part. This week they are forecasting 20 & 30% chances of rain, so I'm hoping I get some free lawn watering!laugh

I feel bad for the folks who are having to deal with the flooding in various areas, that's not fun at all.

We got 5" at the house yesterday, that outa help the crap grass and tumble weed now that the real lawn has dried up and withered away. While South Bend got upwards of 10" and to hear the local morning news carry on and on and on about it, you'd have thought nuthang else occurred in the world yesterday. Getting ready to portage around the mud puddles and head out to the Conservation Club for some shoot'n.

To the paranoid people who check behind shower curtains for murderers:

if you find one...what's your plan?

In my book, that's a net positive! Not hearing about Billary or Trump for a few hours...are you kidding me? Total win.big-grin
