Here are some pics taken this week. I took these on our old home place near Eufaula Dam Ok.

Things might get interesting come muzzle loading season. HDHIC aka Cliff.

Pardon my ignorance, since I'm not much of a hunter. I assume the camera is in a tree or something, so what's the tripod thing for?

Tripod has a feeder mounted on it. Feeder will have a timer that will release the feed (usually corn maybe with a protein mixed in) at specific times for a set interval.

To the paranoid people who check behind shower curtains for murderers:

if you find one...what's your plan?

Ahh, thank you. I wonder how often it dumps a load on the head of deer already munching the previous load?lol2

It's funny how tuned into the schedule they can get. I've sat in blinds late at night and early in the AM and watched them wander up shortly before the timer sets off the feeder.

Tarzan would drop out of a tree with his father's knife in his teeth and encircle the prey's neck before sinking the blade in its heart. That is real sport. Also real fiction.

I've sat in my stand and had the feeder go off. The corn bounces off the pipe and the young deer will

literally come in a run. I really enjoy watching the young ones. We have got as many as 8 head in one

pic this year.   HDHIC aka cliff
