A couple were in a busy shopping center just before Christmas. The wife suddenly noticed that her husband was missing and as they had a lot to do, so she called him on the mobile.
The wife said " Where are you, you know we have lots to do."
He said "You remember the jewelers we went into about 10 years ago, and you
fell in love with that diamond necklace? I could not afford it at the time and I
said that one day I would get it for you?"
Little tears started to flow down her cheek and she got all
choked up.
"Yes, I do remember that shop." she replied.
"Well I am in the gun shop next door to that."
Technically, the glass is always full; half liquid, half air....

My wife and I were sitting at a table at my high school reunion, and she kept staring at a drunken man swigging his drink as he sat alone at a nearby table.
I asked my wife, ‘Do you know him?’
‘Yes,’ she sighed. ‘He’s my old boyfriend. I understand he took to drinking right after we split up those many years ago, and I hear he hasn’t been sober since.’
‘My goodness!’ I said. ‘Who would think a person could go on celebrating that long?’
And that’s when the fight started.....

OMG, I just remember I owe the wife a big gift. I have knocked down several biggies lately including that Norwich 45 Colt on GB. . No wonder she mentioned the diamond earrings.
