So I'm cruising through the On Demand free movie offerings (wife is "deep napping" on the couch) and I stumble across M*A*S*H, which I have seen many times, and consider to be a classic. Truth be told, I could just as easily have grabbed my DVD and put it into the player, in this case I just ran it from On Demand.

Still great, and now I'm thinking of loading up the M*A*S*H TV series DVD's and running the whole series in order all the way through. I also have a great book on my Kindle that has great info on the TV series, episode by episode in order. AND the home theater system lets me load 5 DVD's at once

Over the past two weeks the wife and I have done the Soprano's (On Demand again) straight thru in order. She's gotten a lot of knitting done!

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Thats too funny.  I have been going through the Soprano's on Hbogo episode by episode.  On season 3 now.  The M*A*S*H movie is a classic especially the "Suicide is painless" funeral scene.

I haven''t seen the movie in ages! It's also been ages since I watched a TV episode...I think I'll need to give it a look-see sometime soon.smile

I remember when they aired the final episode, way back when. There was a huge conference room, and all the fans were able to attend & view the last episode on a big screen. It was kinda neat.
