I got tired of turkey over fifteen years ago, I find chicken more moist the Turkey. Almost every Sunday, I buy a Prudue Oven Roast chicken...comes in a baking bag preseasons with marinade. Cut one 1" slit in the top, add a thermometer with a remote reader stuck into the dark meat (which take longer) and 375 for 90 minutes. Bingo - perfect every time. Plenty of leftovers for the wife & myself. Monday my secret warmed chicken tacos!

I used to get these pork roasts at Costcos, but I moved 100 miles away...Road Trip! $3.39 per pound, I get four racks at about 7 lbs and free eat. Costcos only gets these right before Thanksgiving and then again at Easter.

Bath it in olive oil, type, lots of fresh pepper. Again use the thermometer ...450 for fifteen minutes, dial down to 350 for the next 70 minutes. Presto, badda-bing! Three meals for the tow of us. I cut two separate chops, and use a steaming basket, los steam for fifteen minutes. B e a u t I f u l!

Hope you all had a good time.

Someone in another forum said Sam's Club carries them also. $3.39 is a great price.
