Stinger I see you have a tastefull wide range of listenings. You shoud also check out Within Temptation, Therion, Rage, Rhapsody these are some of the bands that fused metal with actual orchestas.

Yep, I've already got 'Within Temptation' albums "The Unforgiving" and "The Heart of Everything", which are incredible. I've gotta check out the other two though ... thanks !

Love the old Pink Floyd, also who went to see the movie The Wall in the theater ??

I went to a midnight movie back in the early 80's [slightly intoxicated, some how lol] wow

Here's Pigs [three different ones] from Animals, a favorite.

Not a big fan of the Syd Barrett era, but Waters concepts for their albums "The Dark Side of the Moon" (1973), "Wish You Were Here" (1975) and "Animals" (1977) was the best stuff.

I got to see them live back in the 90's at the old Cleve. Browns stadium wow [I heard that.. whatever]

before they tore it down, BAD ASS concert, esp. that last song. Went w/1st wife and found out later 2nd wife was there too who I met several years later laughing

Also saw another favorite at the old Cleve. Colosseum [before they tore IT down] former home of the CHAMPIONS Cleve. CAVS pokeNeil Young with Cortez the Killer

I saw them on April 28, 1988 at Texas Stadium on their 'A Momentary Lapse of Reason' tour, without Roger Waters, which was the first tour in 10 years where they played any other music besides from 'The Wall' album. It was awesome !

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

I recently resurrected an old IPod that has about 800 songs on it. This is plugged in to the sound system in my car, as it plays songs I sometimes wonder why I ever wanted to buy/own THAT song.

One that came up today that made me tear up a little, "Ballad of the Green Beret"

"Fighting Soldiers from the sky, fearless men who jump and die"

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Foreigner is performing at a big regional Fair, about three miles from home. We go to the Fair every year, I'm making sure we go on Foreigner night this year.

Not entirely the original Foreigner, but I'm NOT the original Steve. Gonna rock out as much as I can, and let my Designated Driver (wife) deal with the details.

Oh yeah .. ever been to Newcastle ?

Hmm, I remember driving my Cordia turbo (with Jap import 2L engine) up the freeway to a house party in Merewether that Nasenbluten were playing at, in oh, must be '93-'94. In '97 or '98 I went up for a friends Bday at Fannys. Only been there a couple of times, but they were both experiences..
