Starline makes brass, I will tell you that it is short, and when I asked them about it they said they did it because some chambers they had messured were short as well. Both RCBS and Reading makes dies, and watch out you don't get a set of 30-20 dies by mistake, those are for the T/C 32-20 as it uses a .308 barrel. If you want some of my load data let me know.

Good to know about the Starline brass, I usually go with Starline. I already have moulds for my 32, so I'll probably pick up some Winchester brass and go from there. I'll start w/ PO Ackley's load data- I usually do for older cartridges. Can't wait to get started on this project.
