I've officially hit DW bottom.... I've stooped to replicating box labels ... They came out awesome and I couldn't be happier. I made them a little bolder, just because I like the look. Most of the labels I've seen were printed in brown, so I followed suit. This is just the finishing touch my PP cases need...
I think they look pretty good compared to the originals... If anyone has the gun with serno 182001, let me know and I'll mail you the original label.

Hey SHOOT:
Those are fabulous! I find this post funny because for a couple of months now I've been contemplating reproducing the manila envelopes that the barrel tool and shim were packaged in. I just have to find a label page setup that will work and then get the right color and weight paper and finally do the art work.
Shouldn't be too hard.
Really nice job.

Somewhere I have some fake wrench envelopes I made a while back. They are slightly larger, but they look good.

Well "ZMAN",
That's all cool till it's good enough to pass for "REAL" ! Where does that leave us "dumb guys" ?

Opportunity to get yourself educated .... It took years of surfing the internet, trolling picture sights, picking peoples brains to get the knowledge I have in my head...and you can get it all here on the DWF for FREE!
(and yes, if I print another sheet of labels, I'll adjust font and they will be EXACT...) Then I'll just "age" them...

...where does it end? Hopefully at your doorstep. Otherwise, you may hear CZ-USA, Gunbroker.com, or a buyer knocking on your door one day.

There's a reason my PP's aren't DW gold... They're mine, they're unique, and they look better than the originals
. They can come a knockin....I'll gladly be a fraud consultant for them...

Shoot, cool job on the labels. Although you know the irony of this is, We here at the ole Have guys that make pistol pacs and labels, we make front sights, we make grips, and even have a guy working on shrouds. When are we going to find someone to start making the dad blame guns?

Very Nice Shoot,
Just looked at the label for my Model 375-V8S and it only has 8" listed for it. So I guess they did do the labels a little different depending on the model. I will get a picture of it post for your reference.
Also the label on this one is greenish blue one.
When are we going to find someone to start making the dad blame guns?
