Just purchased my second DW 357 . It has some holster wear on the shroud and some on the cylinder . Slight surface rust on trigger guard . I've done some research on Blue Wonder and it seems best suited for touch up like this and it definetly seems you must follow instructions ( which I have no issue with ) . Anyone here have any experience with this product , good or bad ?

If you're good with prepwork, then I'd recommend Oxpho Blue.

Technically, the glass is always full; half liquid, half air....

Like Ron said -- PREP WORK !!!!

Just like everything else, prep work is 99% of the task...  get a good polish on it and use Oxpho blue.  Careful with just touch up work--it is hard to blend blue jobs into each other.  I usually start with a full reblue on my shooters.

My last project was a Mexican Mauser I bought as a box of parts in the white.

I spent a lot of time on the buffing wheel and about 5 minutes with Oxpho Blue big-grin..

I now have a beautiful Mauser in .243 that cost me a whopping $150 plus my time.
