Think I may have gotten ahead of myself. I got a Buehler scope mount for my 15-2 357 magnum. Its new in box and I have heard they are great on these guns. It did not come with the scope rings though. Guess I should have looked for them first since they dont make them anymore 
. I did see a really nice engraved one on a board but he only had one....doesnt do me much good. Any idea where I can find a set of either silver plain or silver engraved???

Just talked to bob at Buehler's, He said David Howell bought up the last of his stock a few years back. David should have plenty of low and medium highth rings. You can call David at 610-509-9035 tell him Bob from Buehler's sent ya.

Not me, I just GOOGLED them and that is what came up.
You will notice my ID is mox-ct, I use that in all the forums I'm on and ebay and
gunbroker etc etc

Yep thats what I got straight from Ebay. I heard they were really good and I like the no drill option.

No, but bob at Buehler's said David was a Hobbist who will sell. Bob has sent a few people over to David for rings. Just give him a call and see if he's got some SS rings. Tell him Bob gave you his number.

My bad, I talked to a fellow named Bob at Buelhler's. Mayard passed away. You can talk to Bob at 925-254-3201 and he will tell you the same about David Howell.

I guess I should ask, anyone here used these mounts? what do ya think of them? I am thinking about putting it on the 8" vented barrel setup and seein what deer think of it this fall

We just had a discussion a few weeks ago about whether there were any no drill
mounts out there for the Dan Wesson. I am totally on the hunt for a Buehler mount
for my 15-2 . If you decide not to use that mount drop me a line I will take it off
your hands.
