So we had some issues in LA with some flooding last week- a buddy had his house flooded to about window sill depth. His safe wouldn't open and so he called Cannon. They sent a locksmith to open the safe and are in the process of replacing his safe with the next larger model.... I bought (another) Cannon at TSC tonight- they're on sale through the weekend. Just thought I'd relate an unsolicited story in case anyone ever wondered if their warranty held water; literally, it does.
Technically, the glass is always full; half liquid, half air....

Good to hear someone stands behind their product. Good customer service is rare these days. I hope you fared well during the flood.

We're good, thanks. Many of my low water crossings on the installation were washed out and it'll take some time to repair those but all in all it wasn't nearly as bad as the March of 2016 floods.
Technically, the glass is always full; half liquid, half air....
