Harly, you completely overlook the value added by the second picture.

A photo of a blank sheet of paper is conclusive that this is a remarkable offering.

Memo to DWF:

1) Sarcasm!

2) This is now a Free Fire Zone, have some FUN!

edit to add: based on the third photo, it's worth at least $.25 surprised

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Maybe more than $.25, depending on the state and condition of the coin.....

Technically, the glass is always full; half liquid, half air....

Iwonder where he gets his prices from?

I think that, with as much stuff he has on Gun Broker pretty regularly, and the ridiculous prices he want for his stuff, that he is trying to be the price-setter.

Essentially, he's trying to drive the market up, and if he's patient enough, he will sell enough stuff to enough people that do not know any better, he will continue to escalate the market.

I would bet that he visits here as a Guest, just to monitor the DW scene.

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Its easier to ask high prices for hard to find, exotic or rare items than it is for common items.  I think his 22 BAs are over priced, the 32-20 BA is certainly very expensive, but if you have a 32-20 and need a BA, then maybe its not too over priced.  An individuals need is what will determine the price ultimately.
I think on average he is way over market on most of his stuff, probablly explains why some of those items have been on GB or a year or more. Does GB charge a listing fee or is it only charged when an item sells?

There is one 44mag thats very Barney that just keeps going around and around like a wheel on GB and it never gets any bids and the price never changes.  Its been on for about a year, continuously.

Anything worth doing is worth doing well.

I believe that most of what everybody above has written all has truths in them.  It is America after all and if he can get $30.00, well all power to him.  Since we all have the great knowledge of the DWF at our beckoned call we don't need $30.00 instructions on how to change a barrell.

OK,

what really went through my head first was a line by Travis Tritt in a song " Here's a quarter call someone who cares!"
